Description
At GlobalLogic Poland, we are proud to collaborate with Stellantis as provider of talent expertise in software development in the area of automotive technology. Currently, we are looking for Testers with UX and Service design experience for the User Acceptance Test (UAT) and Customer Validation (CXV) team.

Requirements
Basic requirements:
- Knowledge in usability and human factors techniques, UX research and customer validation process
- Experience in the development of Customer Journey, Service Blueprint, User Stories and service flows
- All-hands-on-deck approach and ability to work and communicate in a multidisciplinary team (from business and technical level)
- Academic path in: Product Service System / Service Design / Design Strategy / UX and/or Interaction Design / Systemic Design
- Fluent English
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of general digital front-end and back-end digital environments and related jargon is a plus
- Previous work experience in digital design environments/companies is a plus
Job Responsibilities
- Creation of technical User Acceptance Tests & Customer Experience Scripts (UX Scenarios) based on existing User Stories and IT/Business/design materials
- Ensure appropriate engagement and oversight of UAT & CXV quality across APP or WEB Stellantis digital touchpoints
- Execute UAT&CX test following test cases
- Report UAT&CX progress, status, risks, issues and results to UAT&CX Manager and across different teams progress and results of test
- Support test sessions with prospect/stakeholder (e.i. Usability, Shadowing testing)
- Report and support triage of defects and issues
- Identify potential design and service improvements and proactively work on solutions
- Set up and perform digital and virtual testing in different design stages
- Follow Beta internal and Crowdtesting campaign issues reporting
