Description
GlobalLogic Ukraine is inviting a Python Developer to join its Lviv office.
Customer is one of the biggest enterprise construction tools producer.
They want to extend their market with new functional and HW solutions.
As a developer you will implement new features and support existing functionality for DevOps framework including build system, CI/CD, code analysis tool, test framework, etc.. Most all of these solutions are developed on Python. Your task would be to help customer in development process and provide support for embedded teams to integrate these solutions in their projects.
Requirements
We are looking for Python/DevOps Software Engineer(Trainee) to Lviv office who would like to:
Get experience with embedded SW development process organization and support
Increase theoretical and practical knowledge of Python programming language
Understand and get practices of modern approach of the industrial software development process
Key skills:
- Python programming language
- Pre-intermediate English level (At least)
- Basic understanding of DevOps role
Nice to have:
- GIT
- Experience with GitLab CI
- Basic embedded software process understanding

Job Responsibilities
Customer is developing its own development framework(on Python) for embedded software(C).
We are looking for extension to the team, who will help with:
- Continuous improvement and bug fixing of existing functionality
- Extension of customer development framework with new compilers and microcontrollers, etc.
- CI/CD integration in Gitlab CI
