Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in troubleshooting
  • Expertise in healthcare integration standards, including HL7v2 and HL7, FHIR
  • Experience with database management, networking, and Mirth integration engine
  • A proven track record in EHR system integration within healthcare settings would be beneficial
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Willingness to work US business hours and be available for extra hours during special project events

Job Responsibilities

  • Support the Implementation Team across the full project lifecycle, from pre-sales to post-installation and maintenance
  • Act as a primary technical resource for health system installations and EHR integrations, providing expert guidance and troubleshooting
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of client solutions within healthcare environments
  • Represent professionally, demonstrating deep knowledge of our solutions and alignment with client needs
  • Maintain high-quality standards and adherence to project timelines, adapting to dynamic requirements
  • Flexibility to work during US business hours with additional availability around go-live events and other critical milestones
