Description
Lead and manage a team of associates, ensuring productivity, quality, and performance targets are met consistently.Oversee daily operations, ensuring adherence to processes, timelines, and SLAs. Drive process improvements and efficiency.Handle day-to-day people management, process optimization, project execution, and performance tracking. Maintain client communication, documentation (project-related), and risk assessments. Provide mentorship and grooming for team members.
Requirements
• Minimum 6+ years of which 2+ years of work experience in managing a team of 50+
• Excellent written skills
• Must possess any graduation degree (Must have Provisional Certificate and Consolidated Marks Memo)
• Must be willing to work from office & in rotational shifts (5 Working Days & 2 Week Offs)
• Must be ready to join immediately
Preferences
Preferably 3-5 years of experience in managing or leading a team, demonstrating the ability to drive team performance and meet business objectives.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information effectively to both internal teams and clients.
Job Responsibilities
• Handle a team size of 60+ and manage Shrinkage, Attrition, Productivity, Quality, ETAs/Targets/SLA/TAT/EVALS, Performance assessment/review
• People/Process/Project/Performance management, Client communication, Documentation (project related), Risk assessment, Mentor & Groom
• Deliver SLA along with excellent reporting metrics
• Handle operations, conduct briefings & team meetings for status updates, new product information, policy and procedure change etc.
• Monitor associate escalations, coach and provide constructive feedback on performance to individuals on a regular basis. With team members regarding performance parameters, self-appraisal, quarterly appraisal of the team members based on stack ranking
