Requirements

We are looking for an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our team and contribute to the automation, reliability, and performance of mission-critical systems. The ideal candidate has a strong background in software development, automation, and cloud technologies, with expertise in container orchestration, monitoring, and system security.

Key Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 4 years of SRE experience in complex environments
  • Availability for business trips in the first months of the project
  • Strong programming skills in Java, Golang, or similar languages, with a solid understanding of software development best practices
  • Experience in automation scripting using Go, Python, or Bash
  • In-depth knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration
  • Experience with modern observability tools for proactive system monitoring (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)
  • Knowledge of system hardening, IAM, secret management, and encryption
  • Proficiency with version control systems (Git) and experience working in Agile teams

Job responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement software engineering solutions to reduce operational burden through automation
  • Own deployment, availability, reliability, and performance targets for critical systems
  • Implement detailed measurement and monitoring solutions to ensure system transparency and reliability
  • Work closely with the platform team to build and maintain robust logging, monitoring, and alerting systems
  • Proactively identify and mitigate system issues through testing, design improvements, and software-based solutions
  • Drive efficiencies and scalability through root cause analysis and continuous service improvements
  • Develop self-healing mechanisms and optimize the deployment process for seamless system operations
