Description

The project is a comprehensive CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system designed for effective marketing and customer engagement. It enables the creation and management of tailored marketing campaigns and events, facilitating targeted communication with diverse customer segments. The system’s event management features are ideal for organizing various events, enhancing customer interaction.

Additionally, it offers automated text and email notification capabilities, ensuring customers stay informed and engaged. With built-in analytics, the CRM provides insights into campaign performance, aiding in the optimization of marketing strategies. This comprehensive tool is essential for businesses seeking to strengthen customer relationships and drive growth through strategic communication and personalized marketing efforts.

True SCRUM. Story points, Product owner, Scrum master, and Sprints include mandatory daily stand-ups, grooming, planning, demo, and retro sessions.

Only agreed and paid overtime. Limited control from the Management team. Teams are fully self-manageable.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in software testing, preferably on several different projects
  • Confident with SQL, REST API
  • Deep understanding of Agile family frameworks
  • Experience in direct communication with foreign customers
  • Good understanding of grooming, planning and work estimation processes
  • Mentoring skills would be a plus
  • Experience with Azure DevOps would be a plus
  • B2 spoken and written English is a must

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and Collaborate with Manual QA and AQA to develop effective strategies and test plans
  • Actively participate in team grooming & planning
  • Generate & execute test cases, analyse & report results
  • Evaluate product code according to specifications
  • Create & update product documentation
  • Report bugs and errors to development teams
  • Collaborate with foreign agents on various systems parts
  • Conduct sprint demos
  • Participate in QA activities planning during each release cycle
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
