Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Learning and Development (L&D) Program Coordinator to join our team. The L&D Program Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the development, implementation, and evaluation of various training programs that enhance the skills and capabilities of our employees. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for employee development.

Requirements

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in a learning and development role, preferably within a software or technology environment.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, fluent English.
Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms is a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Passion for continuous learning and professional development.
Experience working in multicultural environments/stakeholders.
Time flexibility if required due to different time zones.


Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
Program Coordination:
Assist in the design, development, and implementation of learning and development programs for employees at all levels.
Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and materials preparation.
Manage the L&D calendar, ensuring timely delivery and communication of training programs.
Administrative Support and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and program effectiveness.
Prepare and distribute training materials, including handouts, presentations, and e-learning content.
Handle inquiries and provide support to participants before, during, and after training sessions.
Collect and analyze feedback from training participants to assess the effectiveness of programs.
Prepare reports on training outcomes, participant engagement, and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with the L&D team to continuously improve training initiatives based on feedback and business needs.
Technology and Tools:
Utilize learning management systems (LMS) to manage and track training programs.
Ensure that all digital training content is up-to-date and accessible to employees.
Assist in the integration of new technologies and tools to enhance the learning experience.
Collaboration:
Work closely with subject matter experts, trainers, and other stakeholders to ensure training content is relevant and aligned with organizational goals.
Support the development of a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the organization.
Work closely with the L&D global team.
Special Projects:
Participate in special projects related to organizational development, employee engagement, and performance improvement as needed.
Assist in the creation and implementation of new learning initiatives and programs.
