Requirements
- Should be good at working with Architects and Tech lead defining the system
requirements and system technology solutions.. - This person should have the know-how of Technology stack, Cloud solutions, DevOps Pipeline,
Integrations, And Lastly Platform requirements. - Highly quantitative, analytical, and business-minded. Ability to solve complex problems in an
organized way - Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail
- Must be self-directed, able to work independently, as well as work in a team-oriented and fast-
paced environment - Strong organization and planning skills. Ability to maintain multiple projects without compromising
results - Fluent Swedish language
- High energy, can-do attitude with a willingness to do what it takes to get things done
- Excellent networking skills, especially with multiple stakeholders and product line
- Strong motivational skills, especially when it comes to leading a team.
Job Responsibilities
Lead or be part of the Discovery phase for a new client engagement to propose solutions comprising a
domain, technology, and process knowledge
Responsible for developing and owning all documentation capturing business and functional
requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and propose business solutions
Engage with the client to understand/develop/articulate business requirements
Develop business and functional product knowledge and expertise for engaged clients to complement
product engineering and design
Domain Consulting
Develop yourself into an SME for one or multiple industry/domain areas based on research, learning and
project experience
Continuously enhance skills in emerging areas to support domain context, pre-sales, solutions and
consulting opportunities
Engage with the client to influence and steer decision-related to Product Strategy/Design based on
market and customer requirements
Collaborate with internal teams to develop Content, POC, and Capability based on industry trends and
customer needs
