Description
Our customer is a manufacturing company who has numerous warehouses around the globe. The goal of the project is to provide customer with extensive analytical tools. It requires us to build custom APIs that will integrate with customer’s SAP, query data from there, apply specific transformations, and build reports in PowerBI based on that data to help customer to:
- Understand current production needs
- Be able to collect as much data as needed to understand new production requests
- Compare production needs with materials availability
- Identify existing bottle-necks from processes perspective
- Help to build forecasts
Requirements
Must-Have:
- Extensive and confident experience of developing/building reports in PowerBI/other BI tools (Tableau/etc.)
- Proven experience in building complex reports using DAX queries
- Knowledge of PowerBI Administation
- Experience in collaboration with Data Engineers
- Focus on details
- Analytical and Critical thinking skills
- English – Upper-Intermediate+
- Should-Have – Knowledge of SQL
Job Responsibilities
- Design PowerBI dashboards and reports interface
- Build and optimize custom DAX queries to represent data in reports in a preferred way
- Help BA/PO to align with stakeholders on their needs from dashboards perspective
- Contribute and analyze business requirements and technical decisions
- Contribute in addressing customer’s evolving needs
- Communicate with Data Engineering teams to align on datasets to be used in reports
