Description
The PMO comprises a support team responsible for executing all PMO activities for designated group leaders. This includes billing, forecasting, ensuring timely onboarding of selected candidates, and completing all offboarding procedures for departing employees within the group. Additionally, they handle ad-hoc tasks during business expansions and ramp-downs, ensuring all necessary steps are meticulously executed.
Requirements
• Any Graduate with 6+ years of expreince in PMO
• Must possess Graduation documents (Must have Provisional Certificate and Consolidated Marks Memo)
• Must be ready to work from office
• Must be willing to work in a rotational shift (5 Working Days & 2 Week Offs)
• Must be ready to join immediately
Preferences
- Candidates with a minimum of 6 years of experience in PMO
- Possessing strong communication skills, hands-on expertise in processes, reports, and dashboards, proficient in financials, and experienced in Excel, PPT, and Google Docs.
- Must have extensive experience in handling large-scale data, expert in data collection and maintenance, adept in account management, and proven ability to collaborate closely with sales, service, engineering, and technical support teams.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage PMO activities for one of the largest centers in India
- Create dashboards and reports for various financial metrics such as Forecast, Revenue, ABR, ABS, NRE, etc
- Collaborate closely with leaders to gather information on Forecast, Unallocated Resources, and Invoice tracking
- Reconcile all financial and forecast numbers at both center and group head levels
- Lead and mentor all PMO team members
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all tasks
- Ensure tasks are completed on time and with precision
- Effectively manage organizational changes
