Requirements

• Proven project experience in software engineering
• Team leadership experience
• Can-do attitude and teamwork
• Good interpersonal and communication skills both with technical and non-technical audiences
• Good English knowledge (both written and spoken)
• Knowledge and practical use of JavaScript, TypeScript and NodeJS
• Experience in backend applications
• Familiarity with Linux
• Experience with REST API

Job responsibilities

• Taking technical leadership on a whole project or a subproject
• Leading developers in creation and maintenance of technical documentation for projects
• Leading analysis, estimation of project tasks, tasks planning and execution
• Supporting and supervising other members of the team
• Supporting developers in the problem solving
• Identifying and reporting of technical risks
