Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position (NOC/Tech Support/System Administrator or relevant experience).
• Intermediate spoken and written English language skills.
• Understanding of systems administration and networking principles.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Kibana and Datadog.
• English Advanced.

Job responsibilities

As a JR NOC/Tech Support Engineer, you will hold a crucial position in maintaining and optimizing our content streaming platform. Your responsibilities will include:

– Monitoring content streaming tools for any issues.

– Addressing content delivery tools for any transcoding issues.

– Ensuring seamless integration with third-party vendor tools.

– Reviewing content and providing feedback during periods of low activity on the monitoring board.
