Description
Conduct regular code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Provide technical leadership and support for complex development tasks, assisting team members in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
Oversee integration with various external systems and APIs, ensuring seamless functionality and performance.
Analyze and optimize application performance, identifying bottlenecks and implementing effective solutions.
Ensure comprehensive documentation of architecture, design decisions, and code to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
Work closely with stakeholders, including business analysts and product owners, to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Requirements
“Minimum 8+ years of software development experience
Work closely with Managers (Technical and Product) to define and plan projects and activities
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure
Work closely in small teams to create well integrated products in short design cycles with good documentation and reusable artifacts
Should be strong in Core JAVA and Design Principles
Should be very strong in J2EE with Spring, JPA and Hibernate
Should be very strong in Spring Boot with RESTful Webservices and Microservices
Should have working experience on RDBMS / MySQL databases
Should be proficient in documenting the process and code using standard tools like POSTMAN, Swagger etc.,”
