Description
Perform spatial analysis and data processing using Geographic Information Systems (GIS) tools. Analyze geographic data to produce actionable insights and reports.Create, update, and maintain maps, layers, and spatial datasets using GIS software (e.g., ArcGIS, QGIS). Develop and present visual representations of geographic data.
Requirements
• 1+ years of experience in Apple Maps/Google Maps any other Maps domain
• Any Graduate must have graduation Provisional Certificate, Consolidated Marks Memo/ Marks Memo
• Must be ready to work from office
Preferences
At least 1 year of experience in the Apple/Google/Here/TomTom Maps domain or any other mapping-related domain (e.g., GIS, mapping tools).
Job Responsibilities
• Create, modify, and delete various map elements such as roads, Points of Interest (POIs), lanes, bridges, intersections, and highways in the mapping system.
• Resolve service requests and mapping-related issues within the defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensure all tickets are resolved promptly and effectively.
• Report regularly to the Associate Lead/Lead on task completion, progress, and any escalations, ensuring alignment with team goals.
• Manage and update mapping data accurately within the designated tools, ensuring all changes are properly logged and tracked
• Troubleshoot mapping issues, provide effective solutions, and ensure that all map updates are consistent with client and user requirements.
