Heather Oxley is a seasoned leader with over two decades of professional experience in the industry, specializing in talent strategy, global talent/HR business partnership, and the design and implementation of large-scale talent programs. Throughout her career, Heather has made significant contributions in these areas.
Before joining GlobalLogic, Heather held leadership positions at Accenture, where she led initiatives in strategy, talent development, and HR business partner leadership. She has a wealth of international experience, having worked in various countries such as China, Brazil, and South Africa, where she participated in a non-profit project collaborating with the United Nations Development Programs (UNDP). Heather's exposure to diverse cultures and local requirements has equipped her with a global perspective in her approach to work.
Outside of her professional life, Heather is an enthusiastic hiker and traveler, having explored 45 countries across all 7 continents. She is also a retired master scuba diver and weekend zookeeper. Heather is an alumna of Miami University of Ohio, where she pursued studies in Chemistry and Zoology. Her passion for personal connections is evident in her role as a mentor and coach, particularly for female executives as they progress in their careers.
