With nearly two decades of experience spanning the financial community, Vaibhav has played an instrumental role in GlobalLogic’s Financial Planning and Accounting function. Leveraging his deep understanding of GlobalLogic’s business, operations, finance, and budgeting policies, he excels in bridging strategy and operations to deliver tangible results. His extensive business acumen encompasses global markets and incorporates proven investment strategies and financial health practices to drive financial planning decisions, forecast outcomes, analyze opportunities, and more. Additionally, Vaibhav is tasked with overseeing Environmental Sustainability & Governance (ESG) at GlobalLogic. Since joining the company in 2010, Vaibhav has adeptly navigated through various positions of increasing responsibility across multiple functions including Finance, Business Operations, Strategy, and M&A.
Vaibhav holds dual Masters in Business degrees from ESCP Europe (Finance) and MDI Gurgaon (International Management), complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Technology in Computer Science from Uttar Pradesh Technical University. Renowned for his decisive leadership approach, he is passionate about problem-solving while collaborating with talented partners.
