Description:
The aim of the product we are contributing is to accelerate the decarbonization of cities globally with AI. The mission is to empower the key actors of the energy transition with next-generation software for designing future-proof systems that heat, cool and electrify buildings. Requirements:
As a UX/UI Designer, you will transform complex, technical use cases and workflows related to energy planning into elegant, user-friendly solutions. Your designs will not only make our software intuitive but also visually compelling, enabling users to seamlessly merge data from various sources, produce delightful maps and generate, compare, and optimize scenarios for future energy systems.
As part of the product team, you’ll engage with our users who have engineering and commercial backgrounds, while collaborating closely with our product owners, software engineers, and commercial team.
For this position you need to:
- have 4+ years experience as UX/UI Designer with technical B2B software products
- have a track record of transforming complex workflows into high-level concepts, wireframes, prototypes and detailed mockups
- provide an extensive portfolio showcasing UX/UI visual design work and storytelling
- be proficient in prototyping and design tools, ideally Figma
- be fluent in English
- be fluent in French – is a mandatory skill
- take initiative to improve our software every day
You’re a great fit if you:
- have some experience in energy and/or the real estate industry
- have experience with building Generative Design tools and/or web maps
- use your strong visual, written and oral communication skills to participate vividly in individual and group discussions
- are a creative problem-solver who approaches tasks and discussions with a constructive, solution-focused mindset
Responsibilities:
Your tasks are to:
- create and embed intuitive product workflows for new use cases and functionalities
- review and assess existing workflows for effectiveness and usability, exploiting synergies and improving workflows where necessary
- use your skills in user-centered design and user experience to generate, gather, and analyze user insights for informing product and feature requirements
- explore potential solutions via whiteboard, sketching, and wireframes together with stakeholders to specify the design direction
- create beautiful designs building upon
