Technical Project Manager .net background

Requirements:

Must have:

  • Total 12+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Design, Develpment and Deliveries
  • Technical manager with good understanding of .Net technologies, Microservice, AWS, Serverless Architecture, Lambda, Postgress, Kafka
  • Must have minimum of 3-4 years of experience leading Agile development teams as Technical Manager
  • Must have experience in of designing and leading the implementation of FHIR compliant public Restful APIs 
  • Good knowledge of FHIR, and EDI standards
  • Must possess excellent communication skills to effectively handle challenging/demanding clients
  • Good people management and team management skills to keep the team motivated in challenging and pressure working environment
  • Well versed with agile processes – especially Scrum
  • Should have delivered at least 2 projects as Technical Manger
  • Is able to drive estimation, sprint planning and retro meetings – document minutes, follow up closure of actions
  • Is able to identify and mitigate and track risks till closure
  • Is able to maintain scrum boards and sprint assignments in tools like Jira, Plandeck
  • Should have excellent communication and negotiatian skills
  • Strong in client stake holder management

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of CMMI processes

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing the teams and client at the technical level of the project
  • Should work closely with Client, Architects, and agile teams, understand the requirements, analyze technical feasibility of implementation of requirements, create implementation plans, and drive the team to deliver those plans
  • Responsible for Establishing and Managing Delivery Goals 
  • Responsible for Leading the development of Module, Features, Iterations etc as Technical Lead
  • Responsible for Estimations based on Scope for Project, Module, Features, Iterations  
  • Delivery Owner for Project, Module, Iteration Plan
  • Responsible for Scope, Estimates, Plan, Change Management & sign off’s  
  • Responsible for Resource Management (Allocation/De-allocation, Scheduling, Tracking etc.)
  • Responsible for Compiling, Tracking & Managing Risks/Issues at Project level  
  • Responsible for conducting weekly status reviews and monthly relationship reviews
  • Client expectations management and client handling
  • Responsible for process compliance in the project
