Description:

  • Remote lab monitoring and incident prevention.
    Incident investigation and resolution.
  • Hardware asset handling.
  • Onboarding new users to the Remote Lab and providing knowledge transfer.
  • Providing end-user support via various channels (e.g., email, chat, phone).
  • Collecting and analyzing user feedback to improve the Remote Lab experience.
  • Contributing to the development of documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Strong application support and troubleshooting skills.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of networking and security best practices.
  • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira Service Desk, Zendesk).
  • Experience in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field

Responsibilities:

  • Experience with system administration and engineering.
  • Proficiency in Python programming.
  • Linux system engineering expertise.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for helping users and improving their experience.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
