Responsibilities:

• Person will work with the System QA team in helping to validate the quality of the software which will be rolled out in our customer environments
• Work in a cross-functional collaborative environment and work with members of System QA, software development, business analysis, and project management, and other organizations.
• Have a strong desire to work within a distributed architecture, and associated data. This will be in a C#, C++, and multithreaded / multiprocessor environment
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end design and operations of the system
• Execute manual test cases and records the results
• Execute automated tests
• Modify existing test cases or write new test cases for limited scenarios
• Troubleshoot defined failure based on the existing data (environment configurations, system setting, logs data, etc.)
• Review and implementing minor changes to SQL scripts
• Submit, track, and verify defects through the software development lifecycle
• Plan testing activities for large subsystems or small releases
• Install, configure, and validate a complex software stack across multiple environments
