Description:

The selected person will work together with a GL team (6 folks) on a backlog of tasks.

Requirements:

● Bachelor or Certificate in Engineering/ComputerScience or Information Technology or a related field.

● Strong technical aptitude, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

● Experience in a customer-facing technical support role ideally working with an AWS environment

● Experience with software testing methodologies and tools.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● 3 year experience in IT helpdesk or technical

● Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Cypress).

● Experience with Javascript, Python, or other scripting languages.


Responsibilities:

● Provide timely and effective technical support to internal customers, sales, CSMs over zoom, slack, or email

● Troubleshoot, resolve, and perform technical support tasks related to our products and engineering services for internal customers.

● Document internal customer interactions and solutions in our knowledge base.

● Triage and escalate complex issues to appropriate engineers as needed

● Execute test plans for new and existing products.

● Perform basic QA, functional, performance, and regression testing.

● Identify and report software defects.

● Work closely with test and development teams to identify, reproduce and resolve issues.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, analysts,, and customer success.

● Contribute to the improvement of our products and processes.
