Description:
Proficient in SQL administration, including installation, configuration, and optimization.
Experience with Microsoft server environments, including Windows Server editions
Experience with Linux environmentsKnowledge of networking principles and protocols.
Proficient in Elastic Search implementation, configuration, and maintenance.
Provide remote assistance and guide clients through issue resolution.
Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation for database and infrastructure configurations.
Create troubleshooting guides and knowledge base articles for common issues.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development and operations, to address complex issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in providing technical support for SQL, Microsoft servers, Linux, Networking, and Elastic Search.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical users.
