Description:
Our client is a Finnish company specializing in employee benefit solutions. They provide a digital platform that enables employers to offer a flexible range of benefits to their employees, including gift vouchers, meal vouchers, and wellness and cultural vouchers. Recently, the client has expanded its reach by acquiring a company that focuses exclusively on sports-related benefits for employees. This integration will require consolidating data, aligning product features, and adapting functionalities to ensure the platform meets the diverse needs.

Requirements:
Proficient in Java, Spring, and Hibernate.
Skilled in build and source management tools for streamlined software development.
Experienced in integrating software components and third-party programs to enhance functionality.
Adept at designing algorithms and flowcharts to ensure logical and efficient program structure.
Responsibilities:
Working with developers to design algorithms and flowcharts
Maintenance of data dictionaries by entering and modifying definitions
Permanent documentation on specialized topics (studying books and magazines in the field, documentation in electronic format, participation in discussion lists on topics of interest)
Integrating software components and third-party programs
Collecting, structuring and analyzing information
Ensuring the access of the other team members to the collected information
Recommending and executing improvements
Testing and deploying programs and systems
Preparation of the necessary documentation for users
Fixing and improving existing software
