Description

We are looking for a skilled product manager with strong experience in creating new products to help us build and launch an innovative GenAI solution for SDLC automation and strengthen the team of Lead Product Manager and Lead Experience Designer

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in an IT environment
• Knowledge of SDLC and software development methodologies
• Proven experience with the full lifecycle of product development from idea to production
• Ability to create clear and concise requirements documentation (English writing, diagrams, UML, BPMN)
• Excellent knowledge of system analysis, business process analysis, and optimization
• Strong attention to detail, abstract mindset, strong logic skills, ability to identify corner cases and provide a solution for the product
• Experience working with hypotheses and PoCs
• Experience in analysing market landscape, competitors, and trends
• Experience in forming product vision and product roadmap
• Strong knowledge in practices and techniques of business analysis, requirements gathering, and solutions assessment
• Understanding and the ability to identify the customer’s needs and the market’s demand
• Good level of workshops (discovery, ideation) preparation, facilitation
• Good interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills
• Advanced English (written and verbal)

Experience of working with AI/Gen AI solutions

Job responsibilities

• Support Lead Product Manager with investigating the market opportunities, pricing models, and product forms; share highlights with managers and leads
• Evaluate the market, understand demand, and generate a list of prospective proof of concepts to be developed by our delivery team
• Prepare and facilitate odeation workshops with dev teams
• Support Lead Product Manager with forming a product vision for the Gen AI solution
• Support Lead Product Manager with forming the roadmap with 4 dev teams
