Description:
1. MQA. Each SCRUM team has its own MQA engineers, usually 2-3 engineers per team of different seniority, all managed by one MQA Lead. There are 14+ MQAs engineers on the product. Ukrainian and USA locations work independently and rarely interact with each other.
Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience in software testing, preferably on several different projects
- Ability to visit Project Laboratory in Lviv office at least 1-2 times/week or on demand

Confident with SQL, REST API

Deep understanding of Agile family frameworks

Experience in direct communication with foreign customers

Good understanding of grooming, planning and work estimation processes

Mentoring skills would be a plus

Experience with Azure DevOps would be a plus

B2 spoken and written English is a must
Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in team grooming & plannings
- Collaborate with Manual QA and AQA to develop effective strategies and test plans
- Generate & execute test cases, analyse & report results
- Evaluate product code according to specifications
- Create & update product documentation
- Report bugs and errors to development teams
- Collaborate with foreign agents on various systems parts
- Conduct sprint demos
- Participate in QA activities planning during each release cycle
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
- Test some team scope on Hardware (nice to have).
