Requirements:
- Written and spoken Japanese language proficiency (equivalent of JLPT N1 or N2, it is not mandatory to have an official JLPT certification)
- Written and spoken English language proficiency (equivalent of B2 or higher)
- Proven communication and interpersonal skills to fascilitate working between Japan and CEE based teams
- Ability to make decisions with a limited amount of information
- Ability to guide the team through uncertainty and complexity to deliver agreed content
- Hands-in experience in IT project management – best in the area of software development life cycle
- Understanding of software development methodologies and its implications to project deliverables
- Prior experience with people management
- Openess to work with Japanese culture
Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute and maintain project plan and deliverables
- Establish and maintain trustful and effective communication with the end customer(s) and GL project team(s)
- Tailor processes to achieve high-quality results
- Monitor and manage and mitigate project risks
- Manage distributed project team working on the solution
- Identify opportunities for improvement
- Report project status and challenges to the stakeholders in an organised manner
