Infrastructure as Code (IaC):
Design, implement, and manage IaC solutions using tools like Terraform to build scalable, secure, and resilient Azure infrastructure.
Collaborate with development and operations teams to define infrastructure requirements and ensure consistent environments across all stages of the deployment pipeline.
Level 3 (L3) Support Tickets:
Handle L3 support tickets related to DevOps tools, automation workflows, and Azure infrastructure issues.
Perform root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution of critical issues while minimizing impact on production environments.
Document solutions and update knowledge base for future reference.
DevOps Pipeline Creation and Management:
Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate code deployments, testing, and monitoring across multiple environments.
Work with development teams to integrate testing, code quality checks, and security scans within the pipeline.
Ensure pipelines meet the requirements of security, compliance, and scalability.
Cloud Migrations:
Support cloud migration initiatives by setting up DevOps workflows and ensuring infrastructure compatibility.
Assist in planning, designing, and executing cloud migration strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Optimize resources and services in Azure to improve performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness during migrations.
Continuous Improvement and Automation:
Continuously improve infrastructure, pipelines, and operational processes by identifying automation opportunities and implementing them.
Stay updated on Azure DevOps best practices, new Azure services, and industry trends to enhance the DevOps environment.
Collaboration and Documentation:
Work closely with development, security, and operations teams to ensure a cohesive approach to infrastructure and pipeline management.
Document infrastructure, pipelines, and migration processes for operational readiness and knowledge sharing.
