Description:
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, workflows, approvals, and integrations.
• Define and document Salesforce architecture, including data models, integration flows, and security models.
• Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of Salesforce solutions.
• Guide development teams in the implementation of Salesforce solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior Salesforce developers.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Stay current on the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices.
• Participate in the evaluation and selection of Salesforce products and technologies.
• Adhere to Salesforce best practices and security standards.
Requirements:
About the Role:
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Architect to join our growing team.
- In this critical role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative Salesforce solutions that align with our business goals.
- You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into robust and scalable Salesforce architectures.
Qualifications:
• 10+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development and implementation.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing complex Salesforce architectures.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform features, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and APIs.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations with other systems, such as ERP and CRM.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Salesforce CPQ Certified a plus.
• Salesforce Certified Architect or equivalent certification preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
