Description:
The Data team is the core part of client’s Produce and Technology Group, with the key business data stored in SQL, as well as Postgres, MongoDB and DynamoDB. The team looks after the delivery and support of products through their lifecycle, ensuring delivery of the business strategy and ensuring high standards are maintained.
Requirements:
Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, and reporting tools like Crystal Reports, SSRS, or Tableau.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze and interpret data.
Communication Skills: Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Problem-Solving Skills: Aptitude for troubleshooting and resolving reporting issues.
Responsibilities:
Designing Reports: Creating report layouts and data models based on user requirements.
Developing SQL Queries: Writing complex SQL queries to extract data from databases.
Testing and Validation: Ensuring the accuracy and quality of reports through rigorous testing.
Modifying Reports: Updating existing reports and developing new ones as needed.
Documentation: Documenting the report development process for future reference.
Technical Support: Providing support and training to users on report generation tools.
