The company specializes in creating scalable, secure, and efficient railway infrastructure, supporting over 26,000 km of mainline railways and 4,600 km of metro systems globally.
Requirements:
We are looking for a Quality Assurance Lead Engineer with strong automation skills, excellent networking knowledge, and expertise in complex infrastructure systems to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the QA team in planning, executing, and monitoring QA activities across project.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, and stakeholders) to define and implement QA processes.
- Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks and test scripts/cases/strategies.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Identify opportunities for increasing automation coverage and optimizing processes.
- Test and validate network configurations, protocols, and performance.
- Ensure the stability, scalability, and security of infrastructure components.
- Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams to identify and resolve issues.
- Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and strategies.
- Execute manual and automated tests, analyze results, and report defects.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices in quality assurance.
- Mentor team members and share knowledge to build QA competencies.
