Description:

We are building a Team of Engineers interested in broadening their technical and language capabilities (Japanese and English) while working with one of the world’s biggest companies building social innovations.
Requirements:
- Written and spoken Japanese language proficiency (equivalent of at least JLPT N3 or higher, official JLPT certification is not a must)
- Written and spoken English language proficiency (the equivalent of B2 or higher)
- Proven communication and interpersonal skills (to be working with Japan and CEE-based teams)
- Ability to collect and analyze data to ensure process consistency and produce products that meet predetermined specifications and quality requirements
- Experience with code repositories (Git, JIRA, and similar tools)
- Experience with tools validation (e.g. ReSharper, XUnit; Unity Log Viewer, Simulator, etc)
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Ability to work closely with a remote cross-functional team
- Analytical thinking
- Self-motivated, independent, proactive, and attentive to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Analyzing and maintaining project documentation, and records
- Prepare test environment
- Prepare protocols for validation/qualification of existing processes/methods and tools
- Validation of standard operating procedures: Installation, Operation, and Performance qualification procedure
- Write, review, and approve validation deviations
- Assist in the development, implementation, and enforcement of validation policies and practices.
