Description:
Our client is an Australian infection prevention company that has successfully developed and commercialised a unique automated disinfection technology, representing the first major innovation in high level disinfection for ultrasound probes in more than 20 years. We improve the safety of patients, clinics, their staff and the environment by transforming the way infection prevention practices are understood and conducted, and introducing innovative technologies that deliver improved standards of care.
Requirements:
- Commercial experience with 2+ years in a Senior role;
- Proficiency in requirements elicitation, engineering, and management;
- Proven track record of creating requirements specifications from the scratch;
- Strong expertise in business analysis planning, business needs identification and prototyping;
- Experience in project scoping;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and ability to work as a standalone unit in close cooperation with the Client’s team representatives. Experience working in Outstaffing would be a plus;
- Excellent technical documentation development skills;
- Understanding of software testing principles, approaches, types and levels.
- Strong attention to details, goal-oriented, proactive, diligent;
- Flexibility in tasks performance, maintaining priorities and respecting deadlines;
- Mature presentation skills;
- Good facilitator who is able to establish and manage initiatives.
Would be an advantage:
- Ability to work from 6AM
- Experience in Scrum Mastering and Client meetings facilitation
- Experience working with clients directly
Responsibilities:
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Analyze the current state of business flow;
- Customize existing system to fit specific customer needs;
- Elicitate requirements and write sophisticated specifications;
- Create a detailed concepts, prototypes and process them with stakeholders;
- Assist with KPI’s and success criterias definition;
- Act as a Product Owner when and where needed;
