Description:
Our Client is a leading energy service provider across Europe, driving the energy transition and the adoption of Industry 5.0 standards. We develop innovative, sustainable energy solutions and digital platforms to support our clients in improving efficiency, cutting emissions, and reducing costs. As part of our ongoing digitalization efforts, we are looking for a skilled Python AQA Engineer to join our dynamic team.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in QA automation with tools like Pytest. Selenium and/or Playwright would be a plus.
- Strong understanding of test automation frameworks, API testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Docker for setting up test environments.
- Ability to design and execute both functional and performance tests.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Zephyr, Confluence.
Responsibilities:
- The expectations from this position is to help building an automated test platform.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Pytest and Selenium/Playwright.
- Automate API tests using requests
- Design and implement test scenarios to validate functional, regression, and end-to-end flows.
- Set up Dockerized environments for test execution.
- Collaborate with DevOps to integrate test suites into Azure CI/CD pipelines.
- Analyze test results, generate reports (e.g., Allure), and track issues in JIRA
- Contribute to testing strategy improvements and best practices.
- Debug and troubleshoot failures in automation and report root cause findings.
