Description:
The client is one of the world’s leading providers of elevators, escalators, and moving walkways, as well as maintenance and modernization services. The group has presence in over 100 countries, as well as production sites and research and development facilities in the US, Brazil, Europe, China, and India. Requirements:
We are looking for a proactive and eager-to-learn .NET Junior Azure Cloud Engineer to join our technology team. In this role, you will work closely with experienced engineers to develop, deploy, and maintain cloud-based applications and services using the .NET framework and Microsoft Azure. This position is ideal for recent graduates or those with some professional experience who are passionate about cloud technologies and software development
Required Qualifications:
- Programming Language: Intermediate knowledge of .NET Core.
- Azure Fundamentals: Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, including basic knowledge of core services such as Azure App Services, Azure Functions, and Azure SQL Database.
- Databases: Basic understanding of relational databases and SQL.
- Version Control: Knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues in cloud environments.
- Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Learning Mindset: Eagerness to learn new cloud technologies and continuously improve technical skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous internship or project experience in cloud development, particularly with Azure services.
- Azure Certifications: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) certification or equivalent is a plus.
- DevOps Tools: Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines, particularly using Azure DevOps.
- Security Best Practices: Awareness of cloud security practices and principles, such as identity management, encryption, and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Cloud Application Development: Assist in the design, development, and deployment of cloud-based applications and services using .NET Core and Microsoft Azure.
- Azure Services Integration: Collaborate with the team to integrate Azure services such as Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Storage into applications.
- Code Implementation: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using .NET technology, following industry best practices.
- Testing and Debugging: Participate in testing, debugging, and troubleshooting cloud applications to ensure reliability and performance.
- Collaboration: Work with senior developers, DevOps engineers, and other team members to deliver scalable and secure cloud solutions.
- Documentation: Assist in creating and maintaining technical documentation for cloud architecture, configurations, and processes.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest cloud technologies, particularly Azure services, and best practices in cloud development.
