Description:
The client is a product international company with a common goal to redefine the legacy approach to Privileged Access Management by delivering multi-cloud-architected solutions to enable digital transformation at scale. The client company establishes a root of trust and then grants the least privileged access just in time based on verifying who requests access, the request’s context, and the access environment’s risk.
The client’s products centralize and orchestrate fragmented identities, improve audit and compliance visibility, and reduce risk, complexity, and costs for the modern, hybrid enterprise. The client platform requires an effort to consolidate the public API’s available for customers to consume. This role will be required to establish build pipelines that run on a schedule, and that consolidate all of the available public API’s for all production platform services. This pipeline will output the consolidated public API’s into a unified Swagger page that can be consumed by the client documentation team to convey the Platform’s integration points to their customers.

- Experience with AWS Cloud

Responsibilities:
The DevOps Cloud Engineer will be responsible for the DevOps of the ideiio application, including the deployment, monitoring, and support of customer tenant stacks. In the role and capacity of Middle DevOps Cloud Engineer – you will be expected to:
- Release new versions of the ideiio application stacks and infrastructure. This follows our CI/CD process with plenty of documentation around this including examples.
- Troubleshoot and Correct AWS CloudFormation stack failures on upgrades and creations. Heavy use of AWS cloud formation, EC2, WAF, RDS, Redis, S3
- Manage and Maintain Cloud formation templates in code. Increment application versions as needed and ensure the environment is stable on new versions.
- Manage customer tenant stacks. Clean up orphaned and unneeded items in the AWS infrastructure that could have been missed in the upgrades. Ensure customer uptime in production environments
- Troubleshoot application errors impacting AWS resources and performance issues within EC2, Redis and RDS instances.
- Monitor and track AWS resources and apply tuning mechanisms to achieve optimal performance and cost.
