GlobalLogic is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Manager to manage a large portfolio of over 250+ headcount. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth. This role requires balancing multiple responsibilities and effectively managing relationships with clients across various industries.

Requirements

  • Overall 12+ years of experience, with 8+ years in team management
  • Must be a graduate
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must have expeience in conflict management expertise, client and stakeholder relationship building, commitment to compliance and standards, leadership and team development, clear and impactful communication, results-driven and initiative-oriented
  • Must be flexible to work from office in rotational shifts

Job responsibilities

  • Fosters team development through consistent guidance, constructive feedback, and support.
  • Delivers timely and comprehensive performance reports, highlighting challenges, progress, and resource needs.
  • Effectively manages local resources, including staff, budget, and equipment, to optimize operations.
  • Ensures adherence to company policies and standard procedures within the satellite office.
  • Navigates the unique challenges of running a remote office, including resource constraints and distance from the main headquarters.
  • Handles unexpected situations confidently and calmly, demonstrating problem-solving skills under pressure.
  • Manages multiple priorities, balancing team leadership, day-to-day operations, and reporting responsibilities.
  • Cultivates strong relationships with local clients, vendors, and stakeholders to foster a collaborative environment.
  • Proactively takes initiative and works independently, requiring minimal supervision.
  • Remains focused on achieving both organizational goals and specific local office targets.
  • Makes informed, independent decisions while ensuring alignment with overarching project goals.
  • Effectively resolves interpersonal or work-related conflicts, promoting a harmonious team dynamic.
  • Engages and motivates the team in a smaller, potentially isolated setting, promoting a positive work culture.
  • Creates a supportive and unified team environment that encourages collaboration and growth.
  • Maintains clear communication with the main office, ensuring the team is well-informed and aligned with broader company objectives.
  • Acts as the primary liaison between the satellite office and headquarters, facilitating effective coordination and alignment.
  • Addresses client and stakeholder inquiries promptly, providing timely resolutions to any issues that arise
