Requirements:
• 6+ years of experience with Python3.
• 4+ years of experience in implementing event-driven architecture using Kafka.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field (advanced degree preferred).
• Proven ability to lead a development team for at least 4 years.
• 8+ years of experience with developing scalable APIs.
• Proficiency in relevant technologies and tools, including SQL, NoSQL databases, data integration tools, and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, Azure.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and work independently.
• Strong communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate and build consensus effectively across different teams and organizational levels.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor a team of dedicated software engineers to ensure the flawless delivery of high-quality software solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable applications using Python3.
• Implement event-driven architecture using Kafka to streamline data processing and integration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine technical requirements and successfully implement software solutions.
• Perform code reviews to uphold high-quality standards and encourage effective coding methodologies.
• Ensure that all software development aligns with industry standards.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges to improve overall system performance.
