Description:
A program of projects within the Energy domain. We will work on various applications covering generation control, distribution control, transmission control, and service crews control. The implementation area of these products is very high-scale (e.g. country-wide systems).
Requirements:
We’re looking for a Lead BA to join our team and work on several projects under one Energy domain program.
– 3+ years as BA and 1 year as Lead BA (you had other BAs reporting to you, you were leading a project and were responsible for Discovery)
– Experience in leading a small team of BAs (2-3 team members)
– Experience in gathering, analyzing, and specifying requirements. Experience with doing Discoveries, remote and onsite.
– Strong attention to detail, strong logic skills, ability to identify corner cases and provide the solution for the product
– Understanding and ability to identify the customer’s need
– Understanding of software development lifecycle and processes
– Excellent communication skills and Advanced English
– Experience with the energy AND/OR manufacturing domain.

Responsibilities:
– Lead the Discovery phase for the new project
– Structure the process of requirements gathering and management on the project
– Define, Design, build and maintain data model for the new product.
– Define and support the characterization of the data that needs to be collected and created.
– Close work with the client’s PO on the requirements management (elicitation, clarification, docs preparation, keeping requirements up to date).
