Requirements:

– Extensive experience in software development with PySpark or Databricks
– Strong leadership and communication skills.
– Ability to work effectively in an Agile Scrum team.
– Passion for technology and continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications:
-Nice to have: Java, Python, Kubernetes, AWS, and related technologies.
– Experience with AI and ML tools and techniques.
– Knowledge of large-scale data ingestion and processing.
Responsibilities:
About the Role:
As a Tech Lead, you will be the technical backbone of our team responsible for building and optimizing the software and automation solutions that power client’s core Data as a Service business. You will guide the development and maintenance of software that ingests and processes hundreds of terabytes of data monthly, manage the orchestration engine, and drive tools for data validation and AI/ML-based onboarding of new data suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead the technical design and implementation of new features.
– Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering their growth and development.
– Oversee the optimization of data ingestion and processing software.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new data sources and tools.
– Ensure code quality and best practices are followed.
