Description

We are looking for an experienced QNX Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have over 3+ years of proven experience in software engineering, with strong expertise in Embedded C++ and QNX environments. You will be responsible for the development and maintenance of software solutions for safety-critical embedded systems, primarily focusing on AUTOSAR Adaptive middleware and ECU development. The role will require excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to debug and troubleshoot complex systems, and the ability to work on safety-relevant projects (ASIL B).

Requirements

10 + years of proven project experience in software engineering
Embedded development experience
Very good knowledge of C++ (11/14/17)
Expertise in Linux or any POSIX environment
Experience in QNX
Experience and Knowledge in AUTOSAR Adaptive
Experience in Middleware development for ADAS ECU
Good analytical skills, debugging and troubleshooting
Experience in safety-relevant projects (ASIL B)
Implement, extend and support different middleware solution

 

Job responsibilities

• Develop and maintain embedded software applications using C++ on QNX.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and troubleshoot embedded systems.
• Develop and optimize device drivers and middleware for embedded platforms.
• Write and maintain software documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and test plans.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle: planning, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Perform code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Integrate hardware components with embedded software solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues in embedded systems.
• Work closely with QA teams to ensure software is tested rigorously in different environments.
• Optimize embedded applications for performance, memory usage, and power consumption.
