In this role, you’ll:

• Build and scale cutting-edge AI/ML platforms using cloud-native tools
• Lead the integration of GenAI into enterprise applications and digital workflows
• Champion ethical and responsible AI across development and deployment
• Influence the roadmap for enterprise intelligence and automation

Requirements

• Proven experience leading AI/ML and GenAI initiatives within large-scale enterprise environments.
• Deep expertise in machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) and data science tools (e.g., Jupyter, MLflow, Pandas).
• Strong hands-on knowledge of GenAI technologies including LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA), vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone), and prompt engineering.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with data pipeline orchestration (e.g., Airflow, dbt) and API development.
• Experience with cloud-based AI/ML development environments on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Ability to define and implement AI/ML architecture, data strategy, and MLOps workflows.
• Strong grasp of data governance, model explainability, and responsible AI practices.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and technical storytelling skills.
• Background in delivering AI/ML products in regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare, energy) is a plus.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field (PhD is a plus).

Job responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML and GenAI-powered analytics solutions aligned with business goals.
• Architect robust AI pipelines for data ingestion, model training, evaluation, and deployment in production.
• Drive innovation by integrating GenAI technologies into enterprise products and services.
• Define AI/ML best practices, standards, and governance for teams across the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, compliance) to ensure secure, ethical, and performant AI systems.
• Mentor data scientists and ML engineers, guiding them on model design, validation, and optimization techniques.
• Oversee model lifecycle management, including performance monitoring and re-training strategies.
• Evaluate emerging tools and trends in GenAI and help drive technology adoption across the company.
• Partner with business leaders to translate complex data problems into actionable strategies and measurable impact.
