Requirements

Desarrollo:

– Front End – IOS/Android/Angular Javascript/Typescript
– Integración – Java (Encapsulamiento, Acoplamiento, Pooling, Asincronía, Transaccionalidad, Persistencia, Estructuras de datos, Manejo de memoria, Threads)
– Datos: Relacional (Motores, SQL, Constrains, SP’s, Índices, Tipos de Joins) y NoSQL (Motores, Herramientas).
Requerido: Más de 10 años aplicando estos conceptos y tecnologías en proyectos relevantes (Reflejar complejidad, volumen, transaccionalidad, seguridad de la industria financiera, etc.).
Deseable: Liderando equipos técnicos multidisciplinarios.

Proceso de Desarrollo
– Desarrollo: DevOps (Análisis de código, Gestión De Fuentes, Gestión de binarios)
– Desarrollo: Testing (Unitario, Performance, Profiling), Integración Continua, Continuous Delivery.
– Ejecución: Servicios Técnicos (Modelo de Referencia), Características (Illities)
– Utilización y Gestión de Entornos (Dev, QA, Prod)
– Metodologías Agiles de Desarrollo y/o Framework (SCRUM)
Contar con experiencias relevantes en implementar mejoras en el proceso de desarrollo de software, implementando alguno de estos conceptos, tecnologías y metodologías.

Infraestructura
– Cloud: SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, CaaS
– On Premise (Sistemas Operativos Linux, Unix)
– Hybrid (Brokering)
Contar con experiencias de uso, implementación de tecnologías Cloud y/o migración de servicios de on-premise a Cloud o híbrido (Deseable)

Digitalización
– Principios, Tecnologías y Tendencias
Capacidad para demostrar conocimientos generales relacionados a tendencias tecnológicas de transformación digital actuales.
Participación activa en la difusión de estos conocimientos (deseable).

Job responsibilities

Liderar, coordinar y gestionar los desarrollos tecnológicos construidos por la célula o llave en mano (construcción por proveedor), garantizando la calidad funcional y técnica. Diseñar e implementar soluciones que cumplan con los requerimientos de negocio, garantizando el cumplimiento de altos estándares de calidad al utilizar las mejores prácticas de desarrollo y arquitectura, planificando en conjunto con el equipo los desarrollos y siguiendo los lineamientos de arquitectura e ingeniería de software. Además, es el responsable de orientar al equipo de desarrollo en las tareas técnicas de mayor complejidad, con el fin de garantizar el éxito de cada uno de los desarrolladores en el proyecto. Debe ser un referente técnico para el equipo y es responsable de tener la visión técnica completa del proyecto y traspasarla al equipo.

Las principales actividades realizadas por el cargo son:
● Resolver dependencias y servicios técnicos con otras áreas
● Ejecutar reglas para revisiones de Código
● Revisiones y análisis en conjunto con Arquitectura
● Realizar estimaciones y validarlas con el Technical Manager.
● Reuniones de discovery técnico.

Adicionalmente a sus funciones el cargo participa en (comités, grupos de trabajo, etc.)
● Participar en triada nivel Célula (PO, SM, TL)
● Reuniones de Gerencias de TI Digital.
● Reuniones con distintas áreas y equipos habilitadores de TD.
● Planificaciones de Células.
