Description:

We are looking for Sr. Trainer responsible for executing and managing training activities, including the dissemination of updates, SOP revisions, and conducting targeted training needs analysis (TNI). They will maintain training calendars, newsletters, and utilization trackers while ensuring production deliverable hours meet set standards. The role involves organizing bi-weekly PKTs, developing training modules, and conducting live audits with feedback sessions when necessary. Strong communication, coordination with SMEs, PLs, and TLs, and proficiency in Google Sheets and Slides are essential. The candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.

Requirements:

• Should have 48 months experience in Training and Development
• Should have excellent communication skills, Google sheets and slide preparation skills
• Should have basic understanding of Training needs intervention, Update circulation,
• Refresher huddles, Training need analysis, Bottom quartile management etc.
• Ready to work in any shift when required
• Should be an immediate joiner
• Should have excellent training caliber and classroom training ability
• The operator should have proper knowledge on the previous projects worked


Preferences:

• Educational Qualification: Ph.D. or MA in English.
• Experience: Proven experience in content writing training and developing training modules.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including 24/7 availability when required.
• Work Environment: Comfortable with a work-from-office setup.
• Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
• Contribution: Ability to create impactful training content and deliver high-quality training programs that align with organizational objectives.


Job Responsibilities:

• SOP revision for the operators to be done periodically
• Basis the floor analysis TNI to be conducted to mitigate gaps
• BQ Management Training calendar to be rolled out on the 1st of every month deciding on the tentative activities throughout the month
• Training Newsletter to be published every month on the activities done in a month
• Training Utilization Tracker to be maintained on regular basis
• Minimum production deliverable hrs per month to be maintained as decided by ops , with
required IPH and quality for knowledge enhancement and usage of the current updates
Regular bi-weekly PKTs to be conducted including all current updates, pain points and top errors
• Training Modules to be rolled out on requirement In case of no current training deliverables present, live audits to be done for the operators with 1-1 feedbacks, and learning modules to be rolled out on the gray area carved out, PKTs to be conducted for gray area derivation and training dissemination, minimum prod hrs to be maintained, for knowledge enhancement and current update revision
• Should have excellent communication skills in verbal and written, both
• Should have good google sheet and slide presentation skills
• Should be able to coordinate with SMEs, PLs and TLs for the training needs, updates
and training slot bookings
