Overall Experience:

Agile Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in SCRUM. Should have implemented SCRUM in at least 1-2 projects
- Should be well versed with Agile Release Planning, Types of Agile Estimations, Agile Estimation Techniques, SCRUM practices and Scrum recommended Metrics
- 0-2 years of experience in Kanban. Should have knowledge of CFD, WIP, Lead time, Cycle time. Preferable to have implemented Kanban in at least 1-2 projects
- Should have practical knowledge of using JIRA or any other Agile project management tool (like JIRA, Rally, TFS, Azure Devops etc.)
- Should have basic knowledge about DevOps (CI/ CD)
- Should be aware about Agile Techniques like TDD, ATDD etc.
- Should have basic knowledge about SAFe concepts/Scaled Agile Framework
Project Management Experience:
- Good knowledge in Waterfall model
- Well versed in Project Management practices including Risk Management, Project Planning, Status Reporting, Project Governance, Stakeholder Management etc.
- Good understanding of engineering metrics like Review Efficiency Defect Density, Defect Leakage, Velocity, Sprint Completion Ratio and other project level metrics etc.
- Good Data analytical skills
- Experience of working in CMMI Level-5 company and should have „Good“ knowledge about CMMI levels (Level 3 or 5 – preferably „5“)
CMMi Knowledge:
- Should have basic knowledge of PPM [process performance model], PPB [process performance baselines]
- Should have good knowledge of statistically analyzing the data
- Should have basic knowledge of CMMi model (v2.0)
Job Responsibilities:
- Candidate will be responsible for Project Audits and Reviews, Project Facilitation, conducting workshops as needed
- Candidate will be required to help and mentor PMs in following correct Agile methodology, correct project management tool set-up, generation of charts and graphs
- Candidate will be responsible for providing practical project management solutions to PMs in their day to day work and challenges
- Candidate will be responsible for making the projects achieve the goal of Predictable Releases/ Deliveries
- Candidate will enable PMs to follow disciplined agile delivery, metrics driven monitoring and controlling, help in bringing engineering rigor and discipline
- Statistical analysis of the data (metrics)
