Description:
The Service Line Operations and PMO will work closely with the Senior executive, and supporting on 3 key areas:
1. Service Line Operations
2. Tracking and managing Key initiatives
3. Adminstration support
Requirements:
- Experience in operations management, data analytics, financial analysis, support to strategic initiatives implementation and tracking.
- The responsibility includes 80% of activities geared towards operations management, data analytics, financial analysis and supporting initiatives while 20% of responsibilities will include helping in managing calendar and other administrative support for Senior Executive
- Has a high level understanding in areas such as : Project life cycle, stakeholder management, setting up and driving processes, and tracking programs and initiatives
- The role requires proficiency in reporting, ensuring no errors and high quality analyses
- Experience in working closely with service delivery, engineering, technical support, and sales resources will be the need of this role for successful working
- Good track-record of working in a fast-paced environment and demonstrating strong complex problem-solving skill
- Has at least 7 years of relevant experience as Program Coordinator/ Business Analyst / PMO, with previous experience in managing calendars as an Executive Assistant
Other skills & experience areas
- Excellent Analysis and Analytical skills
- Effective project/ time management skills
- Excellent in MS Office (Excel / PPT) and experience with Google suite will be highly preferred, specially on g-sheets
- Salesforce User exp. is a plus
- Self-motivated with a flexible and dynamic style that is independent with high ownership
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Experience as an Executive Assistant who has moved to a PMO /Ops role is the preferred experience
- A flexible approach with “can do” attitude and ability to work well under pressure
