QA Leadership: Lead QA activities at the account level, managing multiple agile teams.
Strategic Planning: Articulate QA strategy and create execution plans.
Testing Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in both manual and automation testing.
Cost and Efficiency Improvement: Track record of reducing quality costs and testing turnaround time (TAT).
Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvements in QA processes and practices.
Effective Communication: Communicate efficiently with team members and stakeholders.
Requirements:
Proven Experience: Over 12+ years in QA management roles, showcasing a deep understanding of QA processes and methodologies.
Industry Awareness: Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements to align testing strategies with business needs.
Leadership and Mentorship: Lead and mentor QA teams across multiple projects, demonstrating strong communication and technical leadership skills.
QA Program Development: Develop and implement a quality assurance program aligned with organizational goals and best practices.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Define and uphold quality standards with cross-functional teams.
Effective QMS: Establish and maintain a Quality Management System (QMS) to meet standards and conduct regular compliance audits.
Efficiency Enhancement: Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
Quality Integration: Integrate quality throughout the software development life cycle with development and operations teams.
Robust Testing: Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, plans, and cases for both manual and automated testing.
Risk Mitigation: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to product quality.
Issue Resolution: Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve quality-related issues promptly.
Accurate Records: Maintain detailed records of QA activities.
Performance Reporting: Present regular QA performance and product quality reports to senior management.
Continuous Training: Provide training programs to enhance QA staff skills and knowledge.
Best Practices: Implement industry best practices in quality assurance for continuous improvement.
