Requirements:
- Have 5+ years of relevant experience or a bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience having written highly available and optimized software running on large distributed production environments
- Demonstrate your experience in developing software that solves problems on QEMU, Scheduling, Live migrations, memory organization, API, debugging, async IO
- Be proficient in writing organized, efficient, and well-documented code in any(but not limited) of the following languages ( Perl, Python, Go.)
- Have experience designing abstract software architectures from ideas through implementation and creatively apply domain experience to solve technical challenges
- Have Excellent communication and documentation skills
Job Responsibilities:
- Leading and developing a team through hiring, training, coaching, and mentoring
- Working on the virtualization stack (QEMU, QAPI, QMP) and VM optimization
- Researching, proposing, and integrating relevant open-source projects based on product objectives
- Providing technical expertise and leadership for your team
- Developing and Engineering the software running on the hosts in data centers
