Job Responsibilities:

Keeping a close connection to the customer in order to ensure that the implementation matches their expectations
Coming up with detailed acceptance criteria according to the specifications provided by the client and the product vision
Answering team concerns and providing a clear line of communication with the client
Providing a clear roadmap according to timeline agreed upon for the project
Helping address questions and uncertainties from the team
Documenting features and stories in an organized and easily understandable manner
Coordinating with the client and team in order to achieve the desired outcome for the product
Prioritizing the needs of the project so that they can be best correlated to the capabilities of the team
Managing the product backlog in order to achieve the desired results within the expected timeline
Acting as a bridge between the stakeholders and the development team
Make tough decisions based on the input from stakeholders, market research and client needs
Suggesting the correct approach in challenging scenarios for both the team and the product to benefit
Protecting the team from the pressure of tight timelines, to minimize the risk of burnout
