Client, one of Sweden’s largest companies, is a provider of telecommunication and data communication systems, and related services, covering a range of technologies, including especially mobile networks. Directly and through subsidiaries, it also has a major role in mobile devices and cable TV and IPTV systems. Telcordia was a client since 2000 when we started with onsite staffing and addded offshore engagements in 2002. GlobalLogic became a partner with us working on OSS/BSS products in a continuation of a strategic partnership with Telcordia after its acquisition in 2011. In 2015 we became a strategic partner for BUSS Classic OSS program.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Product Owner (6 years preferred) with a focus on technical products or platforms.
Responsibility:
• Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Ericsson Orchestrator – Cloud manager platform.
• Deep understanding of Ericsson Orchestrator – Cloud Manager capabilities, features, and architecture including 4G, LTE, 5G components and its lifecycle management (instantiate, Terminate, Scaling, Healing etc.), Package management, Openstack functioning, Image management, K8S, docker.
• Experience with orchestration concepts, service modeling, and automation workflows.
• Working knowledge of ETSI, ONAP community and protocols
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify opportunities and unmet needs.
• Create and maintain a prioritized product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
• Write clear and concise user stories, acceptance criteria, and other product documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to groom the backlog and refine requirements.
• Participate actively in sprint planning, providing context and guidance to the development team.
• Answer questions, clarify requirements, and remove impediments during sprint execution.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates on product progress and roadblocks.
• Gather feedback from customers and stakeholders to inform product decisions.
• Knowledge of telecommunications industry standards is a plus.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Product Owner (5 years preferred) with a focus on technical products or platforms.
• Experience working with orchestration platforms, ideally Ericsson Orchestrator Cloud Manager.
• Strong understanding of agile software development methodologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus.
