EMEA L&D University & Education Programs team, a dynamic part of our L&D department, is dedicated to fostering strong partnerships with external organizations and universities.
Our mission is to expand our network of partner institutions, support business growth through innovative Pre-Hire and Hire-to-Train programs, and enhance GlobalLogic’s recognition in the industry and among candidates on the market.

Requirements

For the role of L&D Intern for University & Education Programs Team we are looking for a student who meets the following requirements:

  • Organizational & Time Management Skills – Balancing multiple tasks such as event coordination, documentation, and reporting.
  • Attention to Details – Ensuring accuracy in data management, reports, and communication materials.
  • Collaboration & Teamwork – Working effectively with colleagues across different locations and cultures.
  • Initiative & Proactiveness – A willingness to take ownership of tasks and suggest improvements.
  • Basic Data Analysis & Reporting – Familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, or other reporting tools.
  • Learning Management System (LMS) Knowledge (nice to have) – Understanding how training platforms work.
  • Digital & Social Media Awareness – Supporting communication strategies for student outreach.
  • English level – Intermediate and above.

Job responsibilities

Your key responsibilities on this role will be:

  • Support organization of education programs according to the process (communication with participants, sending invitations, coordinating schedule, etc.).
  • Processing of tickets.
  • Support cooperation with stakeholders.
  • Collect and update training materials/catalog.
  • Update event tracker.
